• All content you submit is legally owned or authorized by you
• Submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy laws
• Project instructions are clear and accurate

Pixetive is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect instructions.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made as agreed (advance, milestone, or full payment)
• Late payments may delay project delivery
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (if applicable).

4. Revisions & Modifications

• Revisions are limited to the scope agreed upon
• Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges

5. Intellectual Property

• Final delivered files become the client’s property after full payment
• Pixetive retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
• All website content, branding, and materials remain Pixetive’s intellectual property

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality for all client materials, data, and communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixetive shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to external factors
• Delays caused by third-party services or force majeure events

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without notice.

9. Termination

• Payment obligations are not met
